The feminine is a knowing of cycles and seasons and being in the flow of what is unfolding rather than a linear building process. We move through a creation cycle with the Earth, from winter, to spring, to summer, to fall, and back again to winter. We see this cycle mirrored in the phases of the moon, from new moon, to waxing, to full, to waning, to new moon again. She shows us how love the shadow as we love the light. She shows us how to turn inwards in order to build out.
The moon cycles through a month, from new moon, to full, to new moon again. We can also track the cycle of new moons throughout the year, following the waxing and waning of the seasons.
