Venus Speaks

I dissolve. All that I am, all that I treasure. I dissolve. I feel my body pulled down to the earth, into the earth. Into the dark, the quiet. It is still here. There is nothing. Nothingness. There is nothing left to fight, nothing left to defend, not even to myself. No masks left, I’ve seen myself stripped bare. No more parts, no more rolls, no more pretending, no more seeking. Nothingness. I am alone. Truly, utterly alone.

I dissolve. I feel the release in the exhale, the delicate, exquisite, release. My skin is permeable, nothing separates me from the nothingness. Exquisite release. Ecstatic release. I dissolve into ecstasy.
