SACRED AGREEMENTS

• Confidentiality. Please do not share anything unless you have the permission of the one who is sharing.

• Self-Authority. We are a circle of equals. You KNOW what is true for you. You do not have to ask permission of anyone.

• Sacred Witness. We are here to hold the position of the sacred witness of each being's transformation. There is no need to fix, change, or advise anyone. We honor and respect each person's feelings and deeper insights shared within this space.

Empty Presence. Willingness to not "know" with the mind, to take time to still your mind and drop down into your heart, your womb, your place of deeper knowing.

• Speaking from the Womb of Silence. Allowing the mind to quiet so that the voice of the "womb mind" and "heart mind" can be heard and spoken. A willingness to "feel" and "hear" the difference between these different voices. Feeling into where the words are coming from with no judgment, simply building awareness.

• Going the Distance. Be willing to experience whatever arises, knowing that as you do, you step into deeper intimacy with your sacred self.
