Retrograde Gate of Descent

March 28, 2025: Venus meets with the moon in Pisces, still in Her retrograde phase.

The tool, the guide, and the gift:

The tool was a flint and steel to kindle fires. To use this well, I need real presence to and with what is in my surroundings, as well as discernment.

The pond was in almost total darkness. A silvery fish brought the gift of a ring in its mouth. I felt it was a locket, poison ring. I kept it, though I'm not yet sure why. The gift I gave in return was the "crab" armor I'd received before the last circle gathering.

When the fish returned to the other side of the pond, it became a woman in shimmering white armor. I think she might be Aphrodite/Venus, Atargatis, or from my lineage, Boann or Lí Ban, St. Muirgen.
